Due scadenze : <strong data-start=\"420\" data-end=\"439\">16 ottobre 2025<\/strong> per aeroporti, progettisti e produttori, quindi <strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"507\">22 febbraio 2026<\/strong> per compagnie aeree, MRO, CAMO, fornitori di ATM\/U-Space e autorit\u00e0 nazionali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perch\u00e9 ora?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il trasporto \u00e8 diventato il <strong data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"751\">2\u1d49 settore pi\u00f9 bersagliato d'Europa<\/strong> (11 % di incidenti informatici nel 2024). Una patch difettosa ha paralizzato Delta Air Lines nel luglio 2024: <strong data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"878\">Oltre 7000 voli cancellati<\/strong> e una perdita stimata di <strong data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"914\">500 M$<\/strong> - brutale illustrazione di un rischio che \u00e8 ora <strong data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"976\">operativo<\/strong>. Oltre agli attacchi \u201cclassici\u201d, il <strong data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1032\">catena di fornitura<\/strong> e le interruzioni operative sono le maggiori preoccupazioni; il costo medio di una violazione \u00e8 stimato in <strong data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1149\">4,88 M$<\/strong> (5.17 M$ se si tratta di una nuvola). PART-IS pone quindi la cybersicurezza <strong data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1243\">al centro della continuit\u00e0 aerea<\/strong>, non nella periferia IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A chi si rivolge PART-IS e cosa copre?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'ambito di applicazione comprende <strong data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1460\">sistemi digitali, la cui affidabilit\u00e0 determina la sicurezza delle operazioni<\/strong> Questi includono i sistemi di bordo (ad esempio FMS), le infrastrutture di traffico (ATM\/ANS), la manutenzione predittiva, i ponti terra-bordo, gli strumenti aeroportuali digitali e la catena logistica degli aeromobili.
