Phishia, a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and sustainability, is looking for a Project Security Integration Engineer to contribute to its expansion and strategic positioning. Working directly with the founders, you will be involved in a variety of high-impact projects, in an agile, stimulating and empowering environment.

Your missions

  • Manage the integration of safety into customer projects, right from the design phase (Secure by Design)
  • Produce and formalize risk analyses (EBIOS RM), security files, hardening policies, vulnerability management plans
  • Define technical security measures (network segmentation, OS hardening, supervision, access management, logging)
  • Ensure traceability of security requirements throughout the project cycle (review of deliverables, follow-up of action plans, integration tests).
  • Work closely with systems, dev, network, CISO and IT teams
  • Prepare and support compliance audits (ISO 27001, NIS 2, LPM, SecNumCloud...)
  • Contribute to the structuring of internal methodologies (repositories, models, guides)
  • Actively monitor technological, normative and regulatory developments related to integrated cybersecurity

Profile required

Graduate of an engineering school or Master's degree (Bac+5), specializing in cybersecurity, systems, networks or IS architecture
2 to 5 years' experience in integration, project security, technical audit or ISS governance
Good knowledge of security standards: EBIOS RM, ISO 27001, NIST, ANSSI, LPM
Mastery of Linux/Windows environments, hardening principles and network architectures
At ease in a multi-stakeholder environment and able to translate technical issues into operational recommendations
Good writing skills, autonomy, thoroughness
