CSR & Sustainable Development Engineer

To support its expansion, Phishia is looking for a dynamic and committed CSR & Sustainable Development engineer, ready to accelerate the growth of our sustainability activities, while building on our historical expertise: cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

Your missions

As a CSR engineer, you will work on a variety of technical and strategic projects, with a high level of autonomy:

• Carry out carbon assessments and participate in the construction of climate transition plans (SBTi, low-carbon trajectories)
  Help customers achieve regulatory compliance (CSRD, Taxonomy, DPEF...)
• Conduct value chain and impact analyses to identify ESG risks and opportunities
• Develop CSR strategies and implement non-financial reporting tools
• Contribute to cross-selling with the AI and cybersecurity clusters to offer integrated, innovative solutions
• Maintain a regulatory, technical and sectoral watch on sustainability issues

Profile required

Graduate of an engineering school or a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in the environment, sustainable development or CSR.
Strong ability to analyze, synthesize and work independently
Proficiency in environmental modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Python, carbon tools, etc.)
Good understanding of climate, regulatory and societal issues
Excellent written and oral communication skills
