Phishia, a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and sustainability, is looking for a Business Developer to contribute to its expansion and strategic positioning. Working directly with the founders, you will be involved in a variety of high-impact missions, in an agile, stimulating and empowering environment.

To support its expansion, Phishia is looking for a dynamic and motivated Cybersecurity Business Developer Intern to support the growth of our cybersecurity and Managed SOC activities.

Phishia is a consulting firm founded by two engineers, specializing in major technological and strategic issues: cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and sustainability.
We work with major players in the CAC 40 (Airbus, Bouygues, SNCF ...), with recognized expertise in cybersecurity, our core business.
Our cybersecurity and environmental assessment divisions are growing fast, driven by strong demand and our pragmatic approach.

Main tasks

  • Contribute to overall sales strategy: market analysis, competitive intelligence, product positioning, strategic thinking.
  • Identify and prospect new customers through various channels (LinkedIn, sales calls, networking, etc.).
  • Analyze the needs of prospects and customers to propose customized solutions aligned with their strategic challenges.
  • Design cybersecurity offerings tailored to customer needs, to provide clear, useful and distinctive solutions.
  • Write powerful sales proposals and take an active part in contract negotiations.
  • Feed the website with relevant content to reinforce our visibility and positioning.

Profile required

Business school or university student (BTS or Bac+3/4/5) specializing in marketing or sales
Autonomy, rigor and initiative
Interest in cybersecurity fields
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
First experience in sales, prospecting or customer relations is a plus

Internship framework

Duration: 6-month internship, starting September 2025
Location: telecommuting, with regular meetings with the team.
Possibility of occasional assignments on customer premises (Paris, Nantes)
Remuneration: statutory bonus
