Phishia, a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and sustainability, is looking for a Business Developer to contribute to its expansion and strategic positioning. Working directly with the founders, you will be involved in a variety of high-impact missions, in an agile, stimulating and empowering environment.

To assist in its expansion, Phishia is looking for a dynamic and motivated Cybersecurity Business Developer to support the growth of our cybersecurity and Managed SOC activities.

Phishia is a consulting firm founded by two engineers, specializing in major technological and strategic issues: cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and sustainability.
We support major players in the CAC 40 (Airbus, Bouygues, SNCF ...), with recognized expertise in cybersecurity, our core business.
Our cybersecurity and environmental assessment divisions are growing fast, driven by strong demand and our pragmatic approach.

Main tasks

1. Cybersecurity market analysis

  • Carry out strategic intelligence on the cybersecurity needs of French companies
  • Identify technological and regulatory trends (NIS 2, LPM, ISO 27001), threat typologies and competitive developments
  • Segment priority targets by business sector (industry, healthcare...),
    services, communities)

2. Prospecting and business development

  • Target and contact new customers (SMEs, ETIs, key accounts, local authorities) via calls, emailing, LinkedIn, trade shows, events
  • Qualify cybersecurity needs (audit, ISO support, technical solutions, awareness-raising, etc.).
    Identify the right contacts (CIO, CISO, GM, compliance)

3. Building and deploying sales strategy

  • Participate in defining the firm's business development priorities
  • Build sales pitches tailored to Phishia's offerings (cyber sustainability, compliance support, IS security)
    Track opportunities in the CRM and manage the sales cycle through to completion

4. Negotiation and contractualization

  • Draw up sales proposals in conjunction with the technical team
  • Participate in negotiations up to contract signature
  • Ensure alignment between customer needs and services offered

5. Partnerships and ecosystem development

  • Identify potential partners (publishers, integrators, complementary firms)
  • Structuring strategic alliances to enrich the Phishia offering
  • Participate in cyber ecosystem events as the firm's representative


Additional tasks

  • Ensure continuous technological monitoring of cybersecurity solutions (EDR, SIEM, SOAR, awareness, Cloud, etc.).
    Participate in the creation of content for webinars, workshops, teaching aids or customer presentations
  • Monitor existing customers in coordination with consultants to detect opportunities for recurrence or upsell


Profile required

Graduated with 4/5 years of higher education (business school, IAE, university) with a specialization in B2B marketing or business development 1 to 3 years experience in business development, consulting or project management
Strong interest in environmental, societal and regulatory issues
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete solutions
At ease with prospecting, sales copywriting and customer relations
Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, ability to make proposals
